Yesterday we decided to take the kids to Open Gym at the Rec Center. Pretty much this is an hour that the kids can run around, tumble, swing in the rings/bars, and bounce on the trampoline. In theory they can practice skills they are learning in class. The trampoline was of course a big draw and where we spent most of the time, but they all did venture out do try out a few other things as well. Alex just loves gymnastics, so it was fun to go and have a little more time in the gym. I suspect we will do this a few more times over the course the winter.
