Mud Painting

This week we joined our mom's group at the park for a new, fun, good for outdoors kind of project.  Mud painting! Which is exactly as it sounds like..painting with mud.  I figured Alex would last all of about 2.5 seconds, seeing as she really does not like messy projects (though she can sure destroy my great room in about 2.5 seconds!).  But she surprised me...she actually did some painting today.  And had a good time, then headed off to play with a friends new puppy and the playground.  We may have to try this mud painting again this spring...when we can be outside.
