Well, actually, away everyone else went with painting. Alex was less interested in the painting and more interested in just going and playing. I think it may have had to with the fact that it looked messy...and she does not enjoy getting messy. One big objective for us this year is to get more comfortable getting messy.
Alex instead enjoyed heading to the playground, where she had fun climbing around..
And here she is with her grandpa, in town for a few days to visit with the monkey!
