Grandpa's Visit

This week we had a wonderful visit with Grandpa.  Alex was so excited to see Grandpa, show him all her favorite toys and games, and to just play with Grandpa.  We had so much fun and kept very busy!  Alex sure does love her Grandpa :)

She really enjoyed helping Grandpa cut up watermelon for dinner...and of course they had to sample a few pieces in the process!  Quality control you know :)

  

 

 

We had a great time at the zoo on Friday.  Alex was really interested in smelling the flowers as well as watching the animals.  Her favorite this time was the cheetah, who was very active this visit.  She even rode on the cheetah on the carousel!

Saturday morning we decided to check out Buffalo Bill's Museum and Burial Site.  While we did not explore the museum too much, or even venture to the burial site, we did enjoy the view!  And a short walk along the path.
