Happy October

I can't believe that we are already to October!  We have had a fun filled busy weekend, getting house ready for Halloween.   We even found Alex's Halloween costume.  After much deliberation...she settled on Rapunzel from Tangled.  I think she will be happy with it, and we are gong to look for a chameleon to go with her trick or treating :)

Part of Halloween preparation included setting up a "pumpkin patch" for Alex in her front dramatic/fantasy play area.  She LOVES it!  I barely finished setting up when she jumped right into playing...

While I was setting up her new pumpkin patch, Steve was setting up Halloween decorations, Alex decided that she would have a tea party with her dog (Barky) and the two Scarecrows that are part of the entry way decorations.  Usually she just sets up the tea party on the floor, but today she set everyone up at the dining room table.

You can take us out of Wisconsin, but you can't take the Packer Fan out of us (even when they play the Broncos).
