Pumpkin Patch Trips!

This past week we had the chance to visit two different pumpkin patches.

On Friday we went to one with our mom's group where the kiddos got a chance to run through the pumpkins, climb on some big piles of pumpkins, and play in a HUGE box of corn.

Then on Saturday we joined friends for a trip to a bigger Pumpkin Patch/Fall Activity Center.  It was a fun afternoon bouncing in the bouncy houses, exploring the ghost town, getting lost and exploring the corn mazes, running on top of and through the mazes, and of course, taking a hay ride out to pick a pumpkin!

The girls really enjoyed the rope maze...

...but who needs to find the way around the maze, when you can over and under!
Our two peas in a pod!  (or a barrel cart)  In case you have not figured it out yet, this is Alex's bestest friend in the world.

Getting a great view of the corn maze.
Dancing on the stage...the music was SUPER loud through the speakers, but the girls did not seem to mind.

This is pretty typical of these two girls...holding hands, dancing around in circles!
This time they actually stayed on their feet...they often end up in a giggling pile on the floor :)

Finding all the color boards in a second part of the corn maze

Hay ride out the pumpkin patch

Time to find that perfect pumpkin!
