Each day brings new adventures with Alex as she continues to explore her world. Sometimes we just sit back and watch her go, amazed by how much she has grown in the past 8 months. We were just talking about how fast this time has gone. She has mastered sitting on her own, rolling over, crawling, pulling herself up to stand, and now climbing! I know walking is not far behind. Here she is climbing the stairs yesterday...her first day showing us this new trick!
Wonder where she could have learned to climb if we were not practicing on stairs? Well, this should give you a pretty good idea :)
She loves the kitties and gets so excited when she sees them come into the room. They are still not so sure about her, though Boo is either stupid, or she is just starving for attention and any attention will do!
And here she just looks so darn cute!

It seems likely that the cats will not be too thrilled with this new skill. Now they'll have to plan new escapes. GJG
