Today was Evie's 1st birthday party. She officially turns 1 on Monday, August 17, 2009 but we helped her celebrate today. As expected, she was a bit unsure of what all was going on, but had a good time none the less. Uncle Steve, Aunt Genny, and Alex were happy to help celebrate this momentous occasion. Also on had to help her celebrate were Grandma and Grandpa Heinecke, Great Grandma Heinecke, Great Aunt Judy, Uncle Andy, Aunt Kate, and Brad.
I got the honor of making Evie's first birthday cake. Here it is, before the festivites began:

Alex got Evie an Activity Play Table for her birthday, here the girls try it out.
