How did that happen? It sure has not started to feel like October here, as we have been in the 80's so far, though that looks to be changing towards the end of the week. I am ready for fall weather! But the warmer weather has been a real bonus as we work on cleaning up the yard, getting the gardens cleared out and ready for me to make my mark on them next spring, and putting up our holiday decorations. We are planning a trip to a farm/pumpkin patch this weekend.
Much to the cats, (Shadow in particular as this used to be his safe spot), dismay, Alex has decided that the cat perch is a great place to climb up and play. Here she is "sleeping" in the cat perch! (guess she thought if she went to sleep here we would forget the whole "going to bed" part of the day!)
