Lair o' the Bear

With the beautiful day, we decided we needed to get out and go for a hike!  So we took Grandpa to Lair o' the Bear.  Alex and I explored this park last year with our friends, but have wanted to share it with daddy.  Since it was a gorgeous spring day and a holiday weekend, there were a few more people, but it was still lots of fun!  We took a different trail this time than we took last year, up along the cliffs, which gave us some beautiful views.

It was a wonderful day to be outside!  Next time we will continue on the creek side trail and find the castle :)  Always something new to see and do.  We are so lucky to have so many wonderful places to explore just a short drive from home.
