Just Fun

Last week daddy took some vacation time, allowing us to just hang out and play as a family.  We got a lot done, but also had fun just being home together.  It was so much fun to have daddy home all week :)

Alex loves "camping" which involves setting up the tent in the great room.  Mommy and Alex slept in the tent on the air mattress while daddy slept on the couch...with the cats!

After a morning at the pool, we stopped by Noodles and Co for lunch. Alex really enjoyed the Rice Krispie Treat!  We had planned to share...

We spent an afternoon drawing pictures together.  Alex loved hanging up the pictures we all drew around the great room.

Braids are a new favorite.  We had been going with 1 braid, a la Rapunzel.  But after seeing her BFF in two braids, Alex wanted to give it a try too
