Denver Children's Museum

Today we joined our mom's group at the Denver Children's Museum. What an amazing place! The featured exhibit was on bubbles....so here is Alex in a lab coat ready to conduct a few bubble experiments (which mostly meant splashing in the bubble solution and washing her hands at the sink!)

They had a special area all set up for playing with trains, which Alex is becoming more interested in every day. Thanks to cousin Noah and Gabby for sending all the train stuff! Daddy is going to build a train table this summer. (our hair is a little wet from running wet fingers through it in th bubble area...)

After the trains it was time to visit the grocery store...with a cart to push that was just her size~
And what is a monkey with out a tree house?
Once we get things more settled we take some more pictures of the house...but right now we are still trying to figure out a home for everything...at least temporarily!

And for those of you who like to see the Monkey in action...here she is playing in her new playhouse. What you hear in the background is the waterfall.

She had a good time moving the cans around in the pantry.

And she loves to read "Where the Wild Things Are"
