Thanksgiving Fun!

So after a fun few days in Kansas City, we packed ourselves back into the van and headed north...to spend Thanksgiving with Grandma Joan and our WI cousins!  This was an extremely short trip and we crammed it pack full with time with Grandma.  As many of you know, my mom's health makes travel challenging, if not impossible at this point and we wanted to have at least one holiday for her to have all 6 grand-kids together.   We did get burgers at The Nitty Gritty, fried cheese curds at The Great Dane, and Rocky's pizza.  Not to mention we hit up Pegasus Games, Half Price Books, and Westfield Comics Black Friday.  We got Alex a My Little Pony Comic book...she was HOOKED!  Would not put it down :)

While we missed seeing friends, this really was a trip for Grandma.  We wanted her to have as much time as possible with Alex and Nicholas (and they with their cousins too).  Don't forget...you can all come visit us in Colorado too...just maybe not all at the same time.
