Another Christmas, another holiday with a sick kiddo. Christmas Eve Alex spiked a pretty nasty fever so we had 2 very low key holiday days. We missed some traditions (pictures in front of the tree, a drive to look at holiday lights, even our traditional Christmas dinner of lasagna-saved for when she was feeling better). Alex had decided Santa needed cupcakes instead of cookies....she wasn't up for putting then out, so daddy and mommy did for her this year.
