Splish Splash, it is POOL Time

Summer has arrived!  I was lucky enough to grow up with a membership to our neighborhood pool.  We spent many long days hanging out at the pool and just enjoying the freedom of summer.  I had always hoped that my children would have some of those same experiences, so we were happy to find a home in a neighborhood that has a pool, which is included in our HOA dues.  This is actually quite common in Colorado, a change for WI and the "club" pools. We did not use the pool as much as we would have liked last summer, but this year, we plan to make the most of it!

This week Alex and I joined some of our neighbors at the pool and then this weekend we took Daddy for an evening swim.  Alex loves to play in the little pool, but is always getting interested in at least checking out the bigger pool. 

I am ready to go to the pool daddy!

Her hair is getting so long!  Almost time for the first haircut to even it all out.
