Wow, the end of August is already here! This summer has gone by so quickly. We have actually been very busy and productive on our to do list this year and just have a few more things left to do. Steve is heading to Chicago for a training class this week, so Genny is looking forward to a nice quiet week on her own (the last one for a long time I would guess) to get a few more projects done, play some solitaire, and catch up on a few books that are sitting there waiting to be read. We are both trying to read as much as possible now, as we know that days of just relaxing on the couch with a good book are coming to an end.
Trogdor continues to grow and change. Steve can now feel her kick from the outside and it is a bit amazed at times how active she really can be! Though often as soon as he puts his hand on the belly to feel her move, she stops! Hopefully that is a sign that he will be able to calm her when she arrives too :) He has a similar skill with our furry little ones, so hopefully that will transfer to her.
