Birthday Party Fun!

Today we celebrated Nicholas's birthday with his friend party.  Benefit of a summer birthday?  We can plan a POOL PARTY!   We invited some of our BFFs over to go swimming, then Steve grilled hot dogs and brats (SOO YUMMY!) and the kids enjoyed the joys of summer and friends.

After everyone had a turn...mommy helped Nicholas to whack it until it broke (and then learned that there are strings to pull at the bottom to release all the goodies too!)

Then outside to throw pop its, play with bubbles, and just play!

All in all, such a wonderful day and we are so happy that our friends could come join us to celebrate our little man!
