Happy (Early) Birthday Nicholas!

Wow, the little dragon will 1 year old on Tuesday!  Where has the time gone?  Since the first birthday is a little overwhelming, we decided to do a few of his "big" presents today.  Mommy and Daddy got him a small climber/slide that both he and Alex LOVED!  Though he does prefer to climb UP the slide and go down the stairs....

We also set up one of the gifts from Uncle Rick...a "water table" that I am going to use as an inside sensory table.  For now Alex will continue to have her sensory bucket with things Nicholas can't have (colored rice, birdseed, etc) but they will both get a chance to enjoy this one and it will be nice to have some place inside for water play (and snow!) and other sensory exploration through out the year.  Right now it is filled with cotton balls, stryfoam balls, and pom poms.  And so far, Nicholas has not tried to eat any of it!  Thanks Uncle Rick :)
