Banana Bread!

Today Alex and I made our first attempt at high altitude baking from scratch making BANANA BREAD (what else would be appropriate for my little monkey...okay, we could have made monkey bread, but this was banana bread from scratch people!) And yes, she is wearing her first Bronco's shirt.

She had great fun mashing the bananas (we used the potato masher) and stirring everything all together. She did not want mommy to help, so I had to sneak in with her and help get it all mixed evenly!

And here it is cooling...ready for the taste test when daddy gets home tonight.
