Sledding Fun

One thing Alex really wanted on her birthday was snow.  Thankfully this year, the day before her birthday, we got about 8 inches!  So it was still around on her birthday (it actually can melt very fast here!)  So after a tasty McDonald's lunch (her choice) we took the kids to the sledding hill in our neighborhood.  It is not as big or exciting as say Elver Park, or or the hill at Cherokee Middle School, but it is close, and perfect for our two right now!  Then they played in the backyard for a little big, enjoying the big piles of snow!
