Happy Halloween!

Whew, the day finally arrived!  Alex has been so excited for Halloween for weeks...she finally gets the concept of trick or treat, she can eat most of the candy (though she doesn't!), and she really enjoys dress up.

This year, due to a weekend of sickness, we did not make it out the pumpkin patch at all (we even missed our event with our home school group).  And mommy just wasn't feeling it for carving pumpkins.  We just had so much going on.

Including...a special Halloween dance class!   At the end of class, Ms Catherine (who is the director/teacher of the older classes) put together a cute little dance for the girls.  Here they are dancing to "The Monster Mash"

Today we decorated pumpkins...Alex had a blast.  So did Nicholas, though he was most interested in using googly eyes...he was not so interested in any other materials.  When he was done, Nicholas decided to do a little dancing :)
